Check your dashboard for any updates from the retailer. If it's been more than 48 hours and there's no response, you can contact the retailer directly or reach out to us and we'll follow up.

I'm a retailer and want to list my business. Where do I start?

Register here — select "I am a Retailer" and follow the steps. Once your profile is set up, you can start adding products and plans.

I have a complaint about a retailer on the platform.

Email us at info@zedlayby.com with the details. Please include the retailer's name and a description of the issue. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate.
